This series of 3 consecutive experiential workshops aims to give busy tweens the tools to happily navigate their demanding lifestyles and tame their mind-gremlins. It will introduce a number of techniques that they can use at home.

The sessions will be a fun mixture of yoga poses (flexibility is not a pre-requisite); mindfulness, meditation and breathing techniques; deep relaxation and laughter, all tailored to the 10 – 13 age group. 

Boys and girls welcome.

Participants will need to be available for all 3 sessions. £25 payable on booking to secure your space.
