'Yoga is not about exercise but to discover a sense of oneness with yourself, the world and nature' - Narendra Modi, prime minister of India

I'd like to cordially invite you all to join me for a relaxing hour-or-so of stretching, breathing and mindful reconnection with self and nature in celebration of International Yoga Day on Wednesday 21st June. This is an opportunity to rediscover the joy of BEING by stretching out in the grass and taking a break from electronics and stagnant indoor environments.

Last year's Conscious Triathlon was a great success, raising a total of £167 for charity. This year I'll be collecting donations for the Childrens Liver Disease Foundation (https://www.childliverdisease.org/) who provide support, guidance and information for parents and children such as 12 year old Kennington-based Max, who was recently diagnosed with a number of liver and bowel conditions, some of them as yet without cure.

Families are welcome, but please make sure that you come suitably equipped in case your child decides not to join in (no screens if possible!). The event will go ahead indoors in case of bad weather. Please register your interest by This email address is being protected from spambots.
