1:1 tuition or small groups

A 1:1 session is a great opportunity to use Yoga as a therapeutic tool or simply to take some time out to truly unwind with a sound bath, a personalised Yoga Nidra and/or some gentle meditative stretches. People come to me for many different reasons – some seeking support during medical treatment or a weight loss plan; others wanting relief from issues such as back pain, chronic fatigue, etc; and others simply wanting advice on how to develop a home practice.

Whatever your needs may be, I will lead you through a class tailored to your individual needs. The sessions last for one to two hours depending on the situation. They are held at Leaf House, my woodland studio in Kennington, Oxford (exact address given on booking).
