Flow through a carefully crafted sequence of poses to release tension and build strength and flexibility. Whether you are new to Yoga or have many years of experience, there's always something new to discover. Yoga is a moving meditation so the emphasis is on being mindful of movement and breath. Practices are seasonal (slower when it's cold, more energetic in the warmer months). Options are given for different levels of ability – you don't have to be flexible to join! Complete beginners are welcome - please contact me if you're unsure! Term time only.

There will be a few mats to borrow, but please bring one if you have one, along with a blanket.
